dws-imtech-thames-water-770px-Imtech UK’s Systems Integration business, Capula, has been selected by Thames Water as a Tier 2 contractor for the Instrumentation, Control and Automation (ICA) framework of its 6th Asset Management Plan (AMP 6 2015-2020).

Capula extends its supply of automation, control & real-time IT expertise to the utility company to 12 years.

The ICA framework, which is set for a total spend in the region of 84 million British pounds over the 2015-2020 investment period, is divided into two lots, the first of which covers Control and Automation Systems.

The second lot, for which Capula has been selected, covers Control and Automation Support Services, including the upgrade and maintenance of existing systems and subsequent integration with existing operational systems.

The scope of Lot 2 includes new build PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, electrical site works and the installation of instrumentation.
