A twinning has been set up between ARA Zambezi (Mozambique) and the Regional Waterboard De Dommel (the Netherlands). Objective is to support the ARA Zambezi organization in its development by making a strategic water plan and a related busines plan (organization development plan). Relations are established. A project proposal is in preparation.
