Clean drinking water Iran

Drinking water installation for the city of Birjand, Iran

Tauw is helping design and construct an installation that provides the Iranian city of Birjand with clean drinking water. The drinking water contains too much chromium(VI) and the hardness of the water is too high. Tauw has examined whether the so-called pellet water softening technique is usable for the removal of chromium(VI) from drinking water.
