MPI Clean Water is a starting worldwide organization, with subsidiaries and projects in several countries and with headquarters in The Netherlands. MPI Clean Water acts like a network organization and works with people who are inspired by our ambition, passion and approach. In countries where MPI Clean Water is active, so-called Country Holdings are established. These holdings operate the Cluster Operation consisting of the Micro Water Companies (MWC), a separate service and maintenance company, a community development department, a Business-to-Business marketing and sales department and the MPI Academy. The MWCs act like water shops and work with regular retail business models: franchise, pricing, location, service concept, advertising and so on.
