A Dutch water delegation visited India for a trade mission in 2014. The mission focused on the plan for the rural water and sanitation for villiges and the development of a plan for the founding of a Industrial Water Technology Center. In addition, every two years India organises "Aquatech India", a conference on water technology. In 2010 and 2012 the Dutch water sector also attended this conference.
