From 4 to 8 October 2026, the IWA World Water Congress & Exhibition (IWA WWCE) will take place in Glasgow, United Kingdom. Organised by the International Water Association (IWA), the event is one of the leading global gatherings for water professionals, covering the full water cycle.

Held every two years, the Congress brings together water utilities, researchers, policymakers, technology providers, consultants, NGOs, and industry representatives from around the world. The 2026 edition is expected to attract around 10,000 participants.

The event combines a comprehensive technical programme with an international exhibition. Presentations, workshops, posters, keynote sessions and panel discussions provide a platform for sharing knowledge, discussing emerging challenges and exploring innovative solutions. The exhibition showcases technologies, products and services from across the global water sector.

Netherlands Pavilion

At IWA WWCE 2026, the Netherlands Water Partnership (NWP) is organising a Netherlands Pavilion, bringing together Dutch organisations to showcase their expertise, innovations and international activities.

Located within the exhibition, the Netherlands Pavilion provides a meeting point for visitors interested in connecting with Dutch water sector organisations. It also provides a central meeting point for Dutch participants throughout the event.

As one of the sector's most important international events, IWA WWCE 2026 offers a valuable opportunity for organisations to connect with the global water community and contribute to discussions on the future of water.
