Strengthen existing capabilities
Aquatic Water Services is a scientific services business offering waste water/water flow and load surveys, process evaluation and optimisation, effluent sampling and monitoring and plant operational capabilities.

According to Tim Cunliffe, Managing Director of Nijhuis Industries UK & Ireland: ‘Aquatic has an excellent reputation and our two companies have had a long standing relationship. The range of services will complement and strengthen the existing capabilities of the business, serving our customers across a variety of sectors’.

Nearly twenty years of partnership
On the occasion, Adrian Caldwell (middle on top photo), Managing Director of Aquatic Water Services, mentioned the long standing relation and the fact that the two companies have worked closely together for nearly twenty years.

‘I have always had a high regard for the quality and customer focused approach of Nijhuis and I’m pleased to say that our companies have always worked well together’, Caldwell said.

Turnkey treatment plants
‘The real strength of the merger’, Caldwell continued, ‘will be the enhanced ability to offer clients a complete start to finish turnkey water and waste water treatment solution which includes; flow and load evaluations, process designs and engineering solution builds, commissioning and after sales maintenance’.

Scientific troubleshooting
According to Caldwell this service, which will trade as Nijhuis Aquatic Water Services, will be further enhanced by scientific troubleshooting and remediation if process problems occur.

Integration with the global Nijhuis Industries group will provide the opportunity to grow its scientific services nationwide and beyond.

Caldwell will continue managing the day to day operations.
