Pure Water contracted for delivery eight CEDI water purifiers to Iraqi power stations

Pure Water Group signed the contract for the delivery of eight high capacity Continuous Electro Deionization (CEDI) systems to two major power stations in Iraq.

For both projects a new type of CEDI module is implemented that has a combined feature of a very high performance and is compatible with a relative high feed water hardness.

Quick delivery
For a power station in the south of Iraq, 100 km from the Persian Gulf, four (4) CEDI systems with a capacity of 125 m3/h each will be manufactured and supplied within 14 weeks.

For a power plant 250 km north of Baghdad four (4) CEDI systems with a capacity of 70 m3/h each will be supplied fast track within thirteen weeks.

Part of overall water treatment plant
The eight CEDI systems are part of two complete Water Treatment Projects executed by one of our partners from the United Arabic Emirates for the final owner, the Iraqi Ministry of Energy affairs.

Partner company name and project names have not yet been disclosed.
