Aquatech China
Aquatech China takes place at the Shanghai New International Exhibition Centre from 11 to 13 December.
The increasing need for clean water combined with promoting environmental protection and strong enforcement of new regulations creates huge opportunities for international companies specialised in wastewater technologies in China.
Largest water trade show
Aquatech China is the leading water technology trade show in China, covering all aspects of water: drinking water, industrial water, wastewater treatment, sludge treatment, smart water solutions and water management.
The event attracts over 500 exhibitors and around 20,000 water professionals. Its exhibition area, with about 30,000 square metres, serves as the meeting place for all market leaders within the Asian water sector.
Netherlands Pavilion
Country pavilions in the exhibition area play a pivotal role, representing nations at the forefront of water management. This year, Dutch water expertise will be showcased at the Netherlands Pavilion. Innovation Awards
The 2024 edition of Aquatech China presents the Aquatech China Innovation Awards. For the first time, exhibitors are invited to submit their innovations highlighting the impact that the submitted products and solutions have on the industry. The Aquatech China Innovation Awards features five distinct categories:
- residential & commercial;
- wastewater treatment;
- infrastructure;
- process control & automation; and,
- green chemicals for water technology.
An expert jury, including two Dutch specialist, will select a line-up of the most innovative technologies at the exhibition.
Aquatech Global events
Aquatech China is part of Aquatech Global Events, which includes similar trade shows in Mexico and the Netherlands. Next on the agenda is Aquatech Amsterdam, which will take place from 11 to 14 March 2025.
