Showcasing innovations

Organiser RAI Amsterdam is proud to be back with the live edition of the water technology trade show in Amsterdam. It developed a strategy with preventive measures to protect exhibitors and visitors against the Covid-virus. The show will be a little smaller compared to the 2019-edition but it will have an even greater focus on innovations in the global water treatment technology sector. Some items in the programme include the Innovation Awards, the Holland Innovation Park and the additional Aquatech Innovation Forum on 1 November.

Throughout the week there will be many sessions at the AquaStage on the exhibition floor, on topics such as desalination, digital water, industrial water and water quality. At the same time, the Amsterdam International Water Week (AIWW) Conference will be held with an online programme on 1-2 November and a live programme on 3-5 November.

At previous edition all winners were selected by an expert jury. This year sees the launching the Aquatech Community Award that allows water tech professionals to vote for their own favourite innovation – the popular vote. The entry with the highest number of votes receives the Aquatech Innovation – Community Award.

Everybody is invited to go to the special landing page and vote for their personal favourite out of the twelve nominees. The announcement of all winners, including the overall winner, will take place during the live opening ceremony on Monday 1 November.
